Bonjourno from my lunch break!
I am just dropping by quickly to rave on about my breakfast this morning, because it was unbelievably delicious and I can’t stop thinking about it!
Last night before bed I prepped myself one of the Fitnessista’s Breakfast Cookies. Ah. May. Zing. You can hit up her website if ya want to check out her OG recipe, but in a small bowl I combined 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and the last of the sample of protein powder I had. I stirred this all together until I had a nice and crumbly mixture.
I then added a small mashed banana, 1/8 cup of unsweetened almond milk and a pinch of cinnamon and continued mixing.
I spread the mixture onto an appetizer-sized plate and flattened it down into a “cookie” with a spoon, and popped it in the fridge.

Sweet baby cheeses, this was so darn delicious. I want to eat this every day for breakfast forever and ever. Slightly hardened from the PB, the oats were soft from the liquid, and it had such an amazing flavour. Big fan, right here. I ate that #$%@ up with a spoon!

My fave little yummy combo of toasted whole wheat bagel topped with goat cheese and jam. So good! A little red pepper action on the side to squeeze in my veggies.
